ABOUT OUR CLINIC

Our first clinic was held on February 14, 2016. Additional clinics are held one Sunday per month. Our staff will provide compassionate, high quality veterinary preventative care visits to low-income clients' dogs and cats. Our staff consists of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and client care representatives who volunteer their services to improve the Newark Community by educating owners and implementing a prevention program. We are incorporating core vaccinations (Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella and Lepto for dogs and Rabies, FVRCP and FELV for cats), testing (Heartworm and FeLV/FIV), and empirically deworming. Microchipping is available. We will also dispense monthly heartworm prevention and flea & tick control.

In order for residences of Newark and surrounding communities to participate in our non-profit clinic, owners must provide, via email prior to scheduled appointment, documentation of your household gross earnings being $20,000 a year or less. Owners will also be required to supply their ID, phone number and additional information upon request. along with previous vaccine records if available.
